By downloading or using Chromatic Path ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Chromatic Path is a music education app that provides interactive piano lessons, music theory instruction, ear training exercises, drum patterns, and practice tools. The app supports MIDI keyboard input and offers both free and premium content.

Accounts

You may create an account to sync your progress across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium content is available through an auto-renewable subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including lessons, exercises, audio samples, and visual assets — is owned by Chromatic Path or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chromatic Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
